The House is a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom double storey home with stunning views of the Indian Ocean. Ocean Reef Vista is a 40 Sqm unit on the back of the house withviews over the swimming pool and ocean. The unit has everything you require with bedroom, living area, kitchen and separate en-suite. Parking is on the property and is in a safe peaceful neighbourhood. Hi We are Chris and Vanessa husband and wife 42 and 39 years old. We were born in the UK and moved to Australia in 2007 and never looked back. Chris loves to play golf at the local golf course Joondalup Resort and Vanessa loves Yoga, walking Tilly (our dog) and socialising. We have been at Ocean Reef Vista for 12 years and love our house, the location and stunning sunsets we get every night. We live on site and work from home and we are never too far away. We are always happy to share our tips of places to visit, so don’t be afraid to ask.
Ocean Reef is a very peaceful suburb only 5km from the city of Joondalup whee you can find Joondalup Shopping centre with over 100 shops. Perth City Centre is 25 minutes away. There is a bus stop which is a 10 minute ride into Joondalup where you can catch the train into Perth. Ocean reef has a small shopping centre with Supermarket, cafe, fish and chips, hair dressers, newsagents, bottle shop and pharmacy. Local beaches are within minutes walk and more stunning beaches at Mullaloo and Burns Beach less than 5 minutes in the car. The world famous Joondalup Golf Resort is 2 minutes drive away with stunning 27 holes, a pub, cafe and restaurant. Perth international airport is around 30 minutes drive. The cruise city of Fremantle is a 45 minute drive down the coast. Hillarys marina less than 5 minutes away with a choice of many eateries and you can get on the ferry to the world famous Rottnest Island where you can meet a quokka. Mindarie Marina is a lovely spot with a number of eateries to chose from less than 10 minutes away.
