Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis so close to the beach.
This 2-bedroom townhouse is one of three in the complex; a great getaway; only 3 min. stroll to the beach and a flat 15 min walk to the village offering award winning restaurants, great coffee culture and boutique shoping.
There is an outdoor area attached to enjoy some quite time under a canape of trees. The ocean as your lullaby as well as wake up whsper, you'll want to jump into the waves first thing...
The space is an open plan living with a fully equipped kitchen.
Smart TV in the main bedroom and one in the lounge with subscriptions such as Prime and Netflix for your family's entertainment (DVD player plus DVD's, some games and drawing utensils present)
There is a washing machine and detergent for you to use in the laundry.
Please note that the townhouse has a reverse cycle air-conditioning on the first floor to take the nip out of the cold winter mornings or cool down in the hot summer afternoons, the rooms themselves have fans.
The property has fire alarms, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit for your safety. It is also being sanitized a per health and safety prescriptions.
I am grateful to be living in such a beautiful spot by the beach. I love dancing, healthy eating, friends and family, sci-fi and just started to paint and trying out other creative fun stuff. A wanderer by heart I have enjoyed much hospitality throughout the years and so I love hosting, giving back, meeting people from around the globe ... sharing... Thank you for staying :-) Life motto: Appreciate, be mindful, love yourself.
For such a small place, Peregian Beach has so much to offer. The village has several cafes, bars and restaurants. One of my favorite places for breakfast or lunch is a German cafe, where you can get beautiful freshly baked bread, from Vollkorn to Laugen and a simple and yummy menu.
Heaps of coffee places here and they are all amazing. If you like smooth coffee, Hand of Fatima and Peregian Pantry are the places. Coffee with a bit of oompf you'll find at Skal.
Hand of Fatima offers a limited but very yummy Mediterranean lunch menu with Moroccan touch at reasonable prices.
If you are after dining, Pitchfork and Periwinkle (French) are the ones to go to. Superb food, great staff - awesome.
For drinks you might want to go the local pub (live music every weekend) or to Pizzami (best pizza in town).
Then there is of course the Sunday market every first and third Sunday from 7am to approx. 12.30pm.
