Imagine waking up to the most glorious sunrises on earth as you walk out through the large living room glass doors and onto the back patio, seeing the stunning Sapphire Coast ocean immediately in front of you, your desire to swim, beach walk or maybe fish can be achieved easily with private beach access via a beautiful stairway through gorgeous south coast foliage and bird life onto Beares Beach.
The sunsets are just as amazing when using the outdoor furniture on our western balcony with favourite drink in hand.
I am dedicated to quality experiences: Providing an opportunity to enjoy all the wonderful activities found outside, in nature with the comfort of a modern coastal home environment. I love surfing, beach walks, swimming, great food, art, snow sports, mountain biking and wilderness walks.
Do you like whales and dolphins?
When you stay at my Beachfront house during the months of October-November and April-May, I recommend stepping outside the glass doors and watching the whales migrate either north or south. Many come quite close to coast line making the whale watching experience absolutely spectacular! You can even enjoy watching from inside the house as the dinning room area has a large floor to ceiling window to look through out on the ocean. Some people bring their own telescopes!
I often have seen dolphins throughout the year frolicking in the waves along many local beaches and certainly when looking straight out onto Beares Beach. The dolphins can appear simply for the fun of playing in the waves but more often when chasing fish.
Other activities that might be of interest include: Umburra Aboriginal guided tours, walking the epic Mt. Gulaga at Tilba Tilba, or chartering a boat for fishing tours or to explore Montague Island. There is also Montague Island adventure tours such as swimming with the seals!
Short stroll to the local beach hotel pub, restaurants, wine bar, country club, artisan bakery, great cafes. Quiet Neighbourhood, local amenities also close by such as Woolworths, chemist, bottle shop, petrol stations, fishing equipment shop. There is the amazing bermagui harbour and cooperative for fresh seafood straight off the boats, all walking distance. Golf course just down the road beside the country club.
Aside from the backyard (Beares Beach), there are multiple swimming locations in town and beyond, along with plenty of clothing shops and homewares and local art galleries and studios.
