This is our family beach house. It’s so close to the beach, just a 2 minute walk and you are at the foreshore, great for leisurely walks or bike riding. Here you are also at the renown ‘Pond’. Upstairs in the kitchen, meals and family room area you also have amazing ocean views. Look through the photos. There is an unoccupied old cottage at the front of the accommodation and carport which provides ample parking for guests cars with easy access to the rear. (Look at the photos showing the front carport and access to the rear accommodation.) With no parking of cars at the rear accommodation, makes a great space for outdoor activities for children where they can play safely and securely. Come relax and enjoy a beach stay...

Ocean Vista Beach Stay is a rear private 2 story house, only a 2 minute walk to the foreshore, offers amazing views of the Bay from the kitchen, meals area and family room. The property is situated opposite the renown Pond used by many windsurfers and kiteboarders. The property has 5 bedrooms of which 4 have double beds and the 5th large bedroom contains 3 bunk beds. The property can accommodate up to 10 guests. Bedrooms are allocated according to the number of guests staying. Additional bedrooms can be requested, note that an additional charge may be requested. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs as is the laundry with seperate toilet and shower. Upstairs there are 3 other bedrooms, main bathroom with a step up bathtub/shower, seperate toilet, the main living area, consisting of a large kitchen, meals area and family room with amazing views of the ocean. You will find the property to be very spacious, please look through the many photos. There is an old unoccupied cottage at the front of the accommodation with a carport where guests park their cars during their stay, with easy access to the rear accommodation. The other access gate and driveway with access to the rear accommodation is permantly kept locked, making this area great for outdoor activities where children can play safely and securely. Down the road there is a IGA store, butcher, fish and chips shop, and cafes. The area offers many sights, Penguin Island, Seal Island, Point Peron, Garden Island Ocean bridge, swim with the Dolphins, Snorkeling, Golf courses, Wineries, Cinemas & many Cafes, Restaurants and Rockingham City Shopping Centre.

The property is so close to the beach you can enjoy leisurely strolls along the wide footpaths that run along the foreshore.. There are many places to see in the Rockingham, Safety Bay and Shoalwater area. Penguin Island, Seal Island , go and see the seals, Shoalwater Marine Park, Snorkelling at certain dive sites, swim with the dolphins, kayaking, fishing, swimming, windsurfing, kiteboarding, golfing, shopping, many eateries, wineries and many more. Close to Kwinana Motorplex if you are a keen sprint car fan.. Fremantle and Mandurah are only a 20 minute drive away by car or you can go by train.. Perth is only a 40 minute car drive away if you want to spend a day in the city, as well you can go by train..
