How is the property laid out? Osprey is a two storey family home with terraced front gardens. On the entrance level is the garage which has been converted to a games room with billiard table, table tennis table, TV, books and games. There is also a compact bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the others with two single beds. There is one bathroom with bath, shower, vanity and separate toilet. The dining and living area are spacious and open plan with a dining table to seat six, leather lounge suite, tv and open log fire all leading out to a generous deck. The kitchen is well equipped.

The South Coast of NSW stretches from around Wollongong to Bega, on the border with Victoria. More accessible to Sydney is the stretch of coastline from Minnamurra to Gerroa, and including the beautiful inland town of Berry. This is all within an easy 2 hour drive of Sydney. Minnamurra, Bombo and Kiama offer beautiful beaches and waterways, the famous Kiama Blowhole (and harbour), and Kiama itself is a bustling town with patrolled surf beaches, great cafes and restaurants. Gerringong and Gerroa are also beautiful coastal villages with great beaches, spectacular views and plenty on offer, including surf beaches, iconic ocean pools, coastal walks and golf courses. The nearby inland town of Berry is a foodie's paradise and is blessed with beautiful green pastures, sumptuous country retreats, and a stunning escarpment that fringes this whole stretch of coastline.
