Beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home on the water, with wide views over the lake. walk everywhere, there are many parks and playgrounds close by, a great tavern, Aldi, cafes/takeaways, and general retail. There is also a wonderful circuit to walk or bike around the lake or bring your SUP or use the 2 available kayaks for some paddle fun. less than 10 minutes drive to the beach 2-level home, a powder room, Wifi, air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans, TVs in almost every room, Netflix, a porta cot, undercover deck to lounge in. A Queen bed with ensuite, 2 Double beds, and 2 Single beds, to accommodate up to 8 guests. Pool and Grass are suitable for children and pets to play safely and securely. Pets are welcome on application only and must stay outside and downstairs only*. A puppy gate has been installed to prevent pets from going upstairs. Dog kennel outside. No dryer but clothesline in place Outward looking Security cameras at the front door and back gate. Secure garage for 1 car or driveway parking - EV wall charger You may hire beach towels directly from G1 Holidays. Please note that this property has a strictly no function/party policy and does not accept schoolies/s Keys to be collected from and returned to our G1 Holiday Office Mooloolaba
