This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom large penthouse apartment is ideally situated in one of Melbourne’s most iconic inner city neighbourhoods, Fitzroy/Collingwood. Clean, simple interiors feature bespoke detailing, while the new inner city sensation downstairs Chiaki Resturant offers offers coffee, wine, food and conversation. You're spoilt for choice beyond that surrounded by the best restaurants, shops, pubs and clubs. All just an easy walk to the Melbourne City, Sport & Entertainment Precinct, MCG, Exhibition Building plus free WIFI and Netflix.
You host lives locally and also runs a number of hospitality businesses in Fitzroy and Collingwood.
