There is currently construction taking place in close proximity to Peppers Broadbeach. A large crane has been erected as part the luxe development at Two Charles Avenue Broadbeach. This crane is positioned ocean side of Peppers Broadbeach Tower 1, visible from most Tower 1 Ocean View Apartments. Whilst we strive to ensure minimal disruption to your stay, we believe in transparency and want to keep you informed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time.
Please note, there is a 1.4% credit card surcharge when using a credit card.
Please note that your payments will be processed by the Mantra Group/SAMARAD; this will appear on your bank statement as Peppers, Mantra, BFree Surfers Paradise.
Please note that this property requires a refundable credit card pre-authorisation upon check in to cover any incidental charges. This amount will be refunded after inspection of the accommodation. Amounts are as follows: in addition to full payment of accommodation, One-Bedroom and Two-Bedroom Apartments: AUD 200 Three-Bedroom Skyhomes: AUD 1500 Skyline Residence - AUD 2500 Credit card pre-authorisations are also required for use of some facilities.

Please note that free parking is limited to 1 vehicle per apartment. Upon arriving, please park in front of Tower 2 Main Reception in the drop-off area along Elizabeth Avenue. If all parking bays are full, please proceed into the underground car park and park in a bay marked 'visitors', then proceed to Level 1 to check-in. Please read all parking notices upon entry to avoid any fines.
When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
Housekeeping frequency depends on the rate and length of your stay. Daily servicing of rooms might not apply, and it will be serviced on a weekly basis.
