Modern one bedroom apartment with its own private entry, kitchen and bathroom. Your own fridge, washing machine, clothes line and private entry. Centrally located near shops, parks and beaches all within walking distance, bus stops are nearby and off street parking is available for one vehicle.

We have a light filled, luxurious home and love the outdoors lifestyle and we love traveling. Our children have moved out of home and the house is too big for us for now. For this reason we are hosting and would love to share our home to our guests. We are respectful of people's homes and are neat and clean and expect our guests to treat our home as we do theirs. We love being near the beach and the city. Any questions you can contact hosts we will be available to assist where we can

Near Maroubra beach and Pacific Square and other shops under 10km from Sydney CBD. near buses and trams can be caught from Kingsford. Car, bus and tram all easily accessible. A single car space is available at the front of the house - please use the space closest to our neighbour 47 Galvin St (lower side of the slope)
