Large sized magnesium magnapool surrounded by trees and birds. A great fuss-free option for people who would like to relax - in particular those seeking an easy family holiday with children. Walking distance to eating options, or order in! (Or use the well provisioned kitchen!). The pool is heated (when necessary) and typically sits around 25-30 degrees September through to May. In June through to August (Queensland "Winter"), the cover must be kept on the pool overnight (from dusk to dawn), and a pool temperature 25-30 degrees can be obtained for a swim during the colder winter months (simply roll back the cover in full, take a swim, and replace the cover to help maintain a warm pool temperature for the next swim).

I have spent a great deal of time to create a little oasis in Oxley. Oxley is incredibly handy to so many conveniences and a short drive to some of Brisbane's most magnificent spots for tourists and locals alike. If you are after a low-key break without the need to travel a long way or share a (n often cold!) pool with every person at a resort, this may be the place for you. Please be aware, whilst a renovated home, it isn't new and modern - it has its old girl charms. This is a home, not a hotel. If you are looking for a pristine resort this is not the house for you... I hope you understand and thanks! If you're looking for a relaxed getaway for some downtime with low fuss and a lovely private pool, book away!!!

Oxley is a south-western suburb in the City of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. It is located approximately 10 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD. It was named after the early Australian explorer John Oxley. The suburb supports a mix of residential, retail and industrial land. The property in question is walking distance to local dining options, shops, a hotel and bottle shop, Woolworths, Officeworks, and Oxley Bunnings. On site driveway parking for one vehicle, and plenty of on-street parking in the quiet local street.
