2br 2bth private home with fantastic outdoor deck space overlooking the garden. A 5 -10 minute walk to the oyster farm shop and Jetty. Built in 2017 this relatively new home has been fitted with all the latest equipment. Suitable for a couple, two couples, or a family.

Neighbourhood information

American river is a small fishing village located centrally to some of kangaroo islands greatest attractions. Just 10 minutes to the new golf course or the amazing Flemington bay beaches. Ideally located halfway between Penneshaw and Kingscote American river is the ideal place to base your kangaroo island adventure.
