For couples wanting a romantic and private escape. Relax and unwind in this bespoke Tiny House overlooking the Kalgan River. Located on 30ac we are a small working farm. Sheep and Alpacas graze the paddocks and you may even get a visit from one of our pet kangaroos. From the deck you can listen to abundant bird life and fish rising in the river while enjoying a glass of local wine next to the fire. Close to walk trails, river and beaches come and explore all this amazing region has to offer.

Jez and I want to make you feel as welcome as possible. We live on property, just 200mtrs up hill, but will give you space and privacy. We are here if you need recommendations or help with anything.

We are in close proximity to lots of attractions in our area. Some of the regions best beaches, Little Beach and Gull Rock beach are within a 10min drive. The Luke Penn walk along the Kalgan River with fishing and kayaking (byo)in front of our property. Montey's Leap Winery and restaurant is 5 min away. In the centre of town (20min drive) is many restaurants, shops and weekend markets. The AZNAC centre is also great to visit. It show cases Albany's involvement in WW1 and has amazing views over the ocean. The Porongarup and Stirling Ranges are just to the North.
