Enjoy ocean views from the large front deck with bar seating, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks overlooking Victor Harbor. This renovated 1950s brick home offers spacious rooms, large lounge and bedroom windows, and off-street parking for up to 3 cars across 2 driveways.
Indoors, the living area offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere with a big screen TV, Netflix, board games, and books, while ceiling fans and a split system provide year-round comfort. There's a well-equipped kitchen with modern conveniences like a Smeg coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, blender, a waffle maker and coffee grinder. The kitchen flows effortlessly to an undercover deck where an outdoor dining table for eight awaits, making it the perfect spot for alfresco meals and relaxation.
Out back, a large lawn shaded by a grand gum tree and a nature-inspired play area with a cubby house, slide, sandpit, and raised veggie and flower beds promise endless outdoor fun for kids. A rustic fire pit invites cozy evenings under the stars, while the fully covered verandah offers a relaxing seating area for adults to unwind with views of the garden.
A washing machine, Dyson stick vacuum, and a large clothesline for drying beach towels are also available to make your stay both enjoyable and effortless.

The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases, and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels, and tea towels are all supplied.

Best Beach, Walks & Parks
Encounter Wetlands
A lovely walk particular in windy conditions as its far more sheltered than the beach. Located at Matthew Flinders Drive (on the other side of Tabernacle Road) this reserve has shelters and a walking path to enjoy this natural haven. Encounter Wetlands is an attractive parkland area that utilises the natural wetlands of Encounter Bay.
Esplanade
Nothing beats walking along the ocean – there is a sealed path that takes you all the way from The Bluff (at the far end of Franklin parade) to Goolwa (passing through Victor Harbor, Hayborough, Port Elliot and Middleton). There are doggy bag spots along the way
John Crompton Reserve
John W Crompton Reserve – corner of Tabernacle and Nicholas Boudain, a lovely park with play equipment, gardens and a beach on the lake. Great for small and big kids alike.
Kent Reserve
Located at the Victor Harbor end of Franklin Pde, this large park has a small basketball court, adult gym equipment, BBQ facilities, shelters and toilets
