San Mateo Apartments are centrally located just 40 metres from the beach. Guests have access to free secure parking, an outdoor pool with a hot tub and a poolside barbecue area. All apartments at San Mateo on Broadbeach have a balcony with views of either the city, garden, pool or sea. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, plus a spacious lounge area, are also included. The outdoor swimming pool and hot tub are heated, making them ideal for year-round swimming. San Mateo Apartments are a 15-minute walk to the shops, cafes and restaurants at Broadbeach Shopping Mall. Surfers Paradise is a 5-minute drive away.
