New to the market, Sanctuary Cottage is situated on quiet leafy residential street. The interior has been freshly painted throughout providing a light airy retreat. Relax on the sunny back deck for BBQ, outdoor dining and enjoying the treescape views. This is an ideal family holiday getaway, with various sleeping options and a fully fenced back yard.
David loves surfing and has a passion for furniture making, with some of his pieces displayed throughout the home
Situated in a quiet location, yet close to Terrigal and North Avoca beaches. Both with surf life saving patrolled swim areas, child friendly lagoons and great surfing. Several dog friendly beaches and walks close by. Terrigal has a great selection of restaurants, bars and boutique shopping. Erina Fair is approx. 10 mins drive for all your other shopping needs. Only a short drive to many of the other attractions on the Central Coast.
