It doesn't get any better than this for a family getaway in Pt Lonsdale! Generous outdoor area with great outdoor furniture, gas BBQ and a built in solar heated pool with a separate (gas heated) spa. Please note the pool can be cool in summer/winter as it is heated via solar/sun only, so weather permitting. Inside is architecturally designed with a generous open plan; and light-filled living spaces. The living area has a gas fireplace that heats the whole house. There is a reverse cycle air conditioner, TV & DVD. The open plan flows to the generous dining area and kitchen, there is another lounge area, so you can quietly watch a movie or perhaps a game of cricket that the rest of the family just does not want to hear about. There is also an outdoor shower just out the back door close, to the track that leads down to the beach. The private access onto the beach track is a real bonus if you love to surf or just have a lovely stroll down the beach. There is a spiral staircase on the deck that leads up to the roof top viewing deck - just have a look at these treetop views over Pt Lonsdale - amazing! This house is very special, and we are sure many special memories will be shared here by those lucky enough to enjoy some time in Sand Dunes. Please note bunks and trundles are only suitable for children. LINEN: Beautiful linen and towels are supplied. Bring your own beach and pool towels. This is a lovely quiet neighbourhood and we ask guest to please be quiet and mindful of their noise levels. The house backs on to the surf beach and has a track from the back gate to the beach. Sand Dunes has limited car parking. The house is nestled at the rear of the block and has private access to the beach track. You need to look carefully for the house number.
