The balconies expand the entire width of the home to take in those lovely ocean breezes and views. The spacious kitchen overlooks the ocean and is complete with generous fridge and large gas cooktop. This home is made for relaxing. Sip drinks at sunset on the expansive patio or enjoy a book in the quiet upstairs sitting area. Sandpiper has ceiling fans and timber look floors throughout. Now with 4 bedrooms, this home can accommodate up to 8 guests with a bunk room downstairs for the kids and three queen rooms upstairs- one with an ensuite. Note: The downstairs bathroom and laundry has been partially renovated. There is a shed/garage that can house 1 small car and there is also ample off street parking to the side of the driveway for additional guest cars. Walk the beach north to Cabarita or a short stroll south for fishing and swimming in the pristine waters of Hastings Point, Cudgera Creek. Hastings Point is relaxed enough for you to park the car in the single lock up garage and stroll to everything you need. This is one of the best positioned private beachfront properties on the Tweed Coast.
