It is located in a quiet pocket of Hyams Beach within easy walking distance of the main beach. The house has front and rear decking, a rear lawn and is pet friendly. Summer Season 25/26 (19 December to 22 January) 7 night minimums apply for the 3 week blocks below. Where will I be? Sea Mist is located in Silver Strand Circuit - at the southern end of Hyams Beach. It is in a quiet pocket with surrounding bush, but within easy walking distance of the main beach at Hyams, or the Hyams Beach Cafe. How is the property laid out? Sea Mist has a very attractive, split level design - with secluded spaces for everyone. At entry level is the kitchen, sunken dining and lounge which has a wood fireplace. The dining room leads to the backyard via a deck where there is a gas BBQ. Upstairs has three bedrooms: a queen room with built ins, a double room with built ins, and a second double bedroom. There is also a shared bathroom with shower, spa bath, toilet and vanity. Thelaundry on this level also has a toilet. Downstairs is an extra bedroom with two single beds and an open plan sitting / living area with TV.

Jervis Bay is a large, pristine bay located 3 hours south of Sydney.  It has crystal clear waters all year round and is famous for its stunning beaches, including Hyam Beach, which claims to have the whitest sand in the world!  Currarong, in the north, is a lovely mid-century holiday village with breathtaking headland walks, safe beaches and rock pools.  In the south, you can visit the popular towns of Huskisson, Vincentia and Hyams Beach, or take a drive through Booderee National Park, arguably one of the prettiest parks in Australia!
