This extra large self contained studio is a peaceful retreat. It’s north facing so there’s plenty of light throughout the day. Features high ceilings, hardwood floor, modern kitchen and bathroom and a comfortable king-size bed, dining for 4 people and a large lounge with TV. Wifi can be patchy due to the hilly area but most people find it ok. There’s direct access to the tidal river, allowing you to swim, fish, or simply unwind with a glass of wine as the tide flows in and out. We are only 300m away from a beautiful cafe, liquor store, take away and convenience store. Lots of walking tracks, fabulous Bungoona Lookout, and a gorgeous swimming and picnic spot only 700m down the road at Swallow Rock Reserve. Please note, private entry to the studio is down 2 flights of stairs.

Things to do nearby: 10 - 15mins walk to the Swallow Rock Reserve, enjoy the picnic area and boat ramp overlooking Port Hacking River and Royal National Park. 10 - 15min walk to the Royal National Park where you’ll find many trails for biking or hiking. Our retreat features secluded and comfortable accommodation with nature at your doorstep and steep tidal river access. Grab your coffee at the local cafe and take a leisurely stroll to the end of Grays Point Road and find the nearby mud flats and witness the breathtaking Port Hacking River. Boating—-If you're into boating, a convenient boat ramp is just a 2mins drive to Swallow Rock Reserve Audley Walk—-Our favourite thing to do with friends is to walk to Audley via the “Honeymoon Track” stairs, recharge at the Dance Hall Cafe with a fabulous gourmet lunch and dessert and walk back home. It’s an hour each way plus lunch. You can also hire a kayak or paddle boat at Audley. Grays Point Mountain Annual Bike Festival and competition is in November.
