Serendipity is situated 150 meters from the tiny house, which is a no through road, and an additional 50 meters beyond that. Mobile reception is good for Telstra; weak signal for other telco companies. This tiny house is equipped with a compost toilet. To maintain its cleanliness and functionality, an additional cleaning fee will be charged separately for stays of 5 nights or more, on top of the total booking amount.
