This is a state-of-the-art Penthouse spacious apartment with a rooftop terrace giving you 360 degree views from Port Phillip Bay to Arthurs Seat (elevation 314m). From up there you can take in the sunrises and the sunsets, and glorious starry nights. Walk to our local beach, ant the end of the street (only a couple of minutes walk), or stroll to the shops and the base station of the Arthur's Seat Eagle (chair lifts) + lots of wineries and restaurants - Do check out the local IGA with all the gourmet foods. The area is ideal for couples & families. We conveniently provide 24/7 reception services as there is on-site management to take care of maintence of the property and helpful for guest enquries and assistance. Guests have separate private access to the guesthouse and exclusive use of the rooftop terrace and front gazebo/Balinese styled hut. Hi, we are a couple who enjoy hosting and meeting people from all parts of the world. Lucia is in the allied health profession and Stewart has a background as a builder. We love food, wine, travel and creating a space for people to feel at home when they are away from home. We have always maintained high standards of cleanliness & strict hygiene procedures, so please be assured we have our guests’ best interests at heart and we look forward to welcoming you when you next choose to stay with us.
We are located in a quiet country lane opposite the local bowls club with adjacent reserve (perfect place for the children to let off steam, run around and play ball games etc). Most of our visitors are returning guests and respect the place as much as the owners. Relax and enjoy!
