Shibui Lilydale is a recently constructed, passive solar dwelling nestled into farmland in Lilydale, Tasmania. Shibui is a short walk or bike ride (super comfy cruiser bicycles provided) to Lilydale Village, and offers luxury and privacy, with eco friendly, ultra modern, hydronic floor heating, no need for burning wood (unless you want to, in the fire pit outside, wood provided).

We are Jules and Brooke, a blended family of 6 or 5 or 4 or 3 depending on the day. We love living in Launceston and are very happy to share information about local attractions and our favourite bits of Tassie. We are also very friendly and up for a chat, however we do enjoy our privacy and are respectful of yours. Shibui, our recently completed Lilydale venture is the retirement bolt hole, where we plan to be when we are not walking the earth annoying the kids, wherever they may end up. We built it with us in mind and love the finished product, we hope you do too.

Shibui Lilydale is a recently completed ancillary dwelling located at the back of our property in Lilydale. We've created this space with ourselves in mind as we plan to live in it when the teenagers have moved on! It's nestled into farmland just 600m from the Lilydale Village, but positioned in a a way that maximises the feeling of privacy and space. Lilydale is a growing community 25 minutes drive to the North East of Launceston. It is well appointed with shops etc and has a market monthly. It's a short drive to world class wineries and half an hour to the coast.
