    The house is in an amazing location with an easy walk to Woolworths and also the main street. Drift cafe was a short stroll across the park. It is very quiet, and safe and secure with an electric gate. Plenty of space for parking 2 cars.

STRA - STRA6285YO0TQFNG PA# - 221941 Step inside this in-town oasis and be delighted. Sidney Laine is tucked away in a quiet, elevated position one street back from the main cafe shopping strip. Soaring ceilings and natural light welcome you into the spacious ground floor living area. The house is linked by two outdoor spaces, one from the gated secure driveway to the front door, the other a cool shady alfresco setting that seats up to 8 for a relaxed evening BBQ or pizza making in the stainless steel gas pizza oven. The home itself sleeps 6 comfortably with a downstairs Queen bedroom and the third bedroom that offers 2 single beds and a large flat screen TV. The master bedroom is on the mezzanine level accessed via a beautifully designed spiral staircase. It has a luxurious private area with a Queen bed and ensuite. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, inverter microwave, dishwasher, pantry, oven and Breville nespresso coffee machine. There is a large Samsung smart TV (netflix enabled), Stereo sound dock and Wifi with unlimited data plus a selection of games and DVDs. Need a work station while you are away? There is a handy desk area and stool with a monitor and keyboard to connect your laptop to and work away. The Pot belly fireplace warms the house in winter while the summer cross breezes efficiently cool in the hotter months. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and there is a reverse cycle air conditioner in the main living area. Full laundry facilities are at hand with a washing machine and separate dryer or there's a clothes line out back for wet bathers and beach towels. Sidney Laine is electronically gated with good security yet easy keypad access. The carport area is suited to 2 cars. To cap it all off, this wonderful holiday home caters for guests in wheelchairs to all ground level parts of the home, inside and out. No school leavers bookings please.
