Located on the shores of Botany Bay this gorgeous 4 bedroom waterfront apartment has direct beach access. Ideally situated just moments from Bonna Point boat ramp, kids playground and eateries , netted beach area & national parks, this property boast private front & rear access, private parking & stunning views out to Botany Bay and the city skyline. The property is large enough to accommodate groups up to 10 guest however, it not a party house, it is a space to relax and unwind with family & friends.
We live locally in Kurnell and are happy to answer any questions you might have, give suggestions on where to go and what to see or do
White sand and crystal blue water, Kurnell area is at the Southern Headland of Kamay Botany Bay National Park, 7 minutes drive from Cronulla. Explore some of NSWs heritage sites or go Whale Watching. The property has 2 secured parking spaces for your vehicles or boat and ample on street parking. Push bikes can be hired for a small fee as can Kayaks. Boat Ramp is 200 metres from your the front door. There are plenty of eateries within walking distance as well as a bottle shop, fruit shop, corner store and the local drinking hole "The Rec Club" which also has tennis courts for hire. Cronulla is only a short 7 minute drive where you can find countless restaurants, cafes, retail shops, pubs, clubs etc. Catch the ferry from Cronulla for a day of exploring the beautiful Bundeena National Park.
