Hi, we're Bren and Ken and we are proud to take over management of Sols Place Boutique Pool Villas. We sold our home in Melbourne and spent two years travelling all over Australia. Again and again as we travelled people told us Kalbarri was their favourite place, so naturally we stopped in for a good look around. And what a beauty. So much to see and do with the river and the sea right there, and gorgeous national parks and amazing rock formations on its doorstep. Friendly locals, great community. Views for days. We were so impressed with the way the villas have been set up with private pools and resort style furnishings. Ella and Brendan have created luxurious private havens for others to enjoy. Sols Place Pool Villas 1 & 2 opened in 2015, architecturally-designed and fully equipped for your enjoyment. Bamboo palms, exotic succulents and brushwood fencing create a tropical terrace around your private pool. The free-standing villas are modern and professionally styled. Open plan living at its best with an enviable full kitchen and comfortable lounge overlooking the pool. Bedroom one consists of a king-size bed wrapped in deluxe linen for ultimate comfort, and private ensuite. For maximum privacy, bedroom 2 is located is located at the opposite end of the villa with another bathroom. Two king-single beds in coastal whitewash wood create flexible sleeping arrangements for two children or another couple. Louvre windows allow you to enjoy the ocean breeze and glass sliders open to your spacious deck and private turquoise pool. Pool Villa 3 was completed in 2023: Enjoy the ultimate Kalbarri holiday at this glamorous centrally located new two-story Kalbarri villa with breathtaking sea views. Sit and watch the ever-changing northern coastline and river mouth or relax with a drink in your private heated pool. There's room for a car and boat and you can walk to almost every part of town and all local beaches. It's summer all year round in this bright airy villa. With 3 bedrooms this villa is perfect for up to 6 guests (6 night minimum stay available school holidays or by appointment - flat rate). Baby's portacot or Highchair available on req. PLEASE NOTE: Half of full price taken on booking, refundable up to 30 days before arrival less 2.2% cc fee and cancellation fee. Final 50% due 30 days prior to stay. No refunds in final 30 days.

Located in the town of Kalbarri, the jewel of the midwest, perfect stop off point on your way north or for a weekend escape from Perth. Surrounded by national park, beaches, amazing rock formations, wildlife, wildflowers and breathtaking scenery. Kick back and relax or get active with some hiking or water sports, or do a little of both. Sols Place Pool Villas are 200m from the sparkling Chinamans Beach and ever popular Murchison River and just over the dunes from Back Beach. The town is also a short 300m walk away, pop down for a coffee, or a cold drink from the pub, or pick up some seafood to put on your bbq. Leave your car and walk to restaurant and cafes. Take a waterfront stroll to the lookout or popular Blue Holes Beach for some low tide snorkelling. It's a short walk also to bakeries, restaurants, playground and the tourist information centre.
