A spacious ground floor apartment with large landscaped and private courtyard. Located in the heritage area of Braddon, the City centre is conveniently located a short five minute walk away. Mount Ainslie, the Australian War Memorial and Lake Burley Griffin, are all close by within 15 minute walking distance while Canberra International Airport is a 10 minute drive by car.
An adjacent lock up garage ensures easy access and provides the convenience of a secure car space within city bounds.
