I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need. I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun! You are welcome to book if children will be under adult supervision at all times as this property is not child-proofed and does not include infant amenities (i.e. cot, high chair). Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.

This Kingston Foreshore apartment overlooks the building's centre courtyard and is easily accessible by lift. It has a generously sized living area with separate bedroom and separate bathroom. BEDROOM: Your bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with fresh linen. The linen is professionally cleaned and pressed after each stay. The bedroom also has a lot of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower and toilet. I provide complimentary towels, shampoo, toilet paper and body wash. KITCHEN: You are welome to use the fully-equipped kitchen, which includes: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - crockery and complete set of cutlery - toaster - electric kettle - microwave We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a TV and a comfortable couch. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account. TV has access to local channels. There is also reverse-cycle heating and air conditioning in the apartment. LAUNDRY: The washer-dryer combo is available to use, as well as iron and ironing board. PARKING: The parking garage can fit up to 1 car. Street Parking: some visitor parking on the street, although this may be shared between a number of complexes and / or the General public. Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee.
