Hi, we are team Swell Stays, a holiday home company in the Margaret River Region. We all live with our families in Margaret River and manage houses in Margaret River, Prevelly and Gracetown. We love living in Margaret River and wake up everyday feeling like we are "Living the dream Down South". We love our region and enjoy getting involved in all that our community has to offer - you will often find us visiting the local Farmers Market on Saturday mornings, drinking coffee at one of our favourite local Cafés (Egberts or White Elephant), joining a Walk Talk Taste Tour of our town's best restaurants & bars, visiting one of our many cellar doors to purchase some local wine or spending a whole day at the beach with the kids! We want our guests to be able to relax and enjoy all our great region has to offer and at Swell Stays we understand the importance of cleanliness and customer service, which in turn creates the perfect holiday experience for our guests. The home is on Margaret River's second main street just seconds down the road from a delicious local cafe, fresh produce shop, and yoga studio. Head to the recreation centre, hit the skate park, use the public BBQ facilities, watch a bit of sport, play a game at the bowling club, and walk through the scenic parks nearby. You can easily walk anywhere in town, including the super market. A short bike ride in either direction to the Rails-to-Trails & mountain bike area. A quick drive to the beaches & wineries.
