Defined by its oversized, light-filled proportions, this home sets a benchmark for luxury living in Sydney’s south. It’s staged over three levels with a seamless flow between the indoors and out. Start the day with a dip in the swimming pool and end it with a sundowner on the upstairs veranda, this home caters to all hours. On the lower ground floor you’ll find a spacious entertainment zone with table tennis, games and a TV. This area flows to the alfresco dining where an outdoor kitchen and BBQ encourages feasts in the fresh air. Heading upstairs you’ll find the main living and dining space. This area is open plan and opens to a covered balcony. There’s a gourmet kitchen designed around a central island and breakfast bar. Two separate lounge spaces mean you can create separate zones between the adults and kids. Five bedrooms are each beautifully appointed for a good night’s sleep. The primary bedroom is a sumptuous retreat with a king-sized bed, walk-in robe, and own TV. It comes with a high-end ensuite bathroom with a double shower and freestanding bathtub along with access to the terrace. There are two bedrooms each with a king, one of which also includes a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom contains a queen-sized bed, while the final bedroom comes with two single beds perfect for those travelling with kids. A total of five bathrooms also reveals a modern aesthetic and are equipped with complimentary toiletries for your stay. There is also a laundry room with both a washing machine and dryer. Garage parking is provided for two cars

Located 25 minutes’ south-west of the CBD and 15 minutes from Sydney Airport, the suburb of Bexley offers an idyllic Bayside lifestyle. Enjoy a round of golf at Kogarah Golf Club, take a bushwalk in Wolli Creek Regional Park and cool off at Brighton-Le-Sands Beach. The area is known for its excellent multicultural cuisine including Indian, Arabic and Mediterranean, while Rockdale Plaza makes shopping easy. Tuck into delicious pizza from My Mothers Cousin and grab pastries from Mamas Café Patisserie.
