Her efficiency and behind-the-scenes coordination ensure that everything runs smoothly for both guests and property owners. • Crystal – Senior Holiday Let Manager With extensive experience in the holiday rental market, Crystal is your go-to expert for finding the perfect holiday home. She manages the day-to-day operations of our holiday let portfolio with professionalism and care. • Gaye – Residential Property Manager Gaye brings dedication and expertise to the management of our long-term rental properties, ensuring tenants and owners receive attentive, professional service. Whether you’re planning your next holiday or need a reliable team to manage your investment property, you’re in excellent hands with Premium Realty. We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking which will incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded.

Strawberry Fields is a top floor, 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom & 2 balcony holiday let. Stylish, modern, open plan kitchen, dining & lounge room. The kitchen has everything you need from pots and pans to measuring cups. You will be provided with tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water for your stay. There’s enough room to all sit down & eat together at Strawberry Fields with a 4-seater dining table & chairs. Both bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds, all linen will be provided, each bedroom has built in cupboards, large sliding mirrors and both have ceiling fans. The master bedroom features a large flat screen tv and opens onto the main balcony where you will find a BBQ and a bar table with 4 stools. Enjoy rail, hail or shine on the balcony with protective wind, shade covers that you can easily pull down if needed. Strawberry Fields really is the perfect holiday home! Strawberry Fields boasts a stylish bathroom featuring a shower and a toilet and plenty of storage space! Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion are all provided for you! After a big day you can relax in the lounge room, close the block out curtains and curl up on the comfortable leather couch and watch a movie on the large flat screen TV. There are DVDs for you to watch, but if you have an all-time favourite at home don’t forget to pack it! You will also find plenty of books to read or why not turn the stereo on and choose a puzzle to complete while relaxing. Don’t worry about those pesky flies this summer either the home has fly screens throughout! There is a washing machine, washing line, iron and ironing board all for you to use while staying at Strawberry Fields washing powder is also provided for your stay.
