"Tapanak Townhouse" is a fully renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, self-contained townhouse just a 5-minute drive to the CBD or a 10-minute walk to the bustling restaurant strip of North Hobart. Tucked away near the end of a quiet street which leads into a pretty bush reserve with majestic eucalyptus trees. A peaceful location, close to everything with free parking. The space (optional) Beautiful contemporary villa blends comfort and elegance. It is designed to usher in natural light and breezes during Summer and hold in the warmth in winter but on those days when you will need additional cooling or heating there is reverse cycle air conditioning .Everything brand new, features being top quality beds and linen, wifi, large screen TV, laundry facilities, tea/coffee. Lower level has the master bedroom with a comfy king size bed with built in wardrobe with its own ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. Encompassing the kitchen, living and dining domains, the first floor delivers free-flowing and open social spaces. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to prepare that special holiday dinner. Sit down and enjoy your meal looking out of over the tree line street, or just sit back and relax on the comfy couches and watch the large smart TV. Also you on this level is the second bedroom with a queen size bed with built ins, and a second bathroom with laundry. From the top level you can access the amazing private court yard, with a delightful garden, BBQ and outdoor setting. You have your own generous sized parking space, and further street parking. We provide top quality professionally laundered linen.

Neighbourhood information

Located just a few minutes drive from the CBD shops, restaurants, cafes and city offices, and ideal base to explore Hobart and Southern Tasmania. Make sure you visit North Hobarts Restaurant strip only .a 10 minute walk. Hill Street Grocer is just up the road at 20 Arthur Street it has a fantastic deli and amazing array of Tasmanian produce. Getting around Its best to have a vehicle to fully explore Hobart and surrounding areas. There is however a regular bus service along Mellifont Street, just a short stroll from the house. Ubers are also available in Hobart.
