This gorgeous home elevated high on the hill and nestled amongst the tea trees sleeps 9 people across 3 bedrooms upstairs and a fully self-contained studio downstairs, both beautifully styled with new coastal furnishings. There is a wood fireplace in the living area. Relax in the outdoor heated spa on the deck. Please note that the garage is not accessible. There is ample space for you to park your car or boat in the large circular driveway. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited. Bedroom 1: 1x Queen Bed (sleeps 2) - upstairs Bedroom 2: 1x Queen Bed (sleeps 2) - upstairs Bedroom 3: 2x Single Beds (sleeps 2) - upstairs Studio / Bedroom 4: 1x Tri Bunk Bed (Double bottom / single top) (sleeps 4) - downstairs. There is no internal access to this area. It is located near the carport / driveway area. What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. Linen and / or towels can be hired.
