Down the hall is the second bedroom with triple bunk (double & single). At the end of the hall is the main bathroom with double shower & toilet. Continue through to dedicated dining space, adjoining is a spacious kitchen with all necessary amenities. Third bedroom includes two single bunk sets joining onto large formal lounge with modern recliners and gas heater. Sunroom off kitchen, fantastic for storing gear, opening to full size backyard with bay glimpses (secure 6 foot paling fence). Large bbq and outdoor shower. Please be aware that this is an older property so there is wear and tear and the carpet is worn, however we have made every effort to setup for a clean, tidy and comfortable stay.
