    It was like stepping back in time to holiday houses from when I was a kid! The retro vibes are in every room, but yet the place is super clean, bright, spacious and welcoming.

Experience the true spirit of Eden in this Historic 100 year old Mill cottage. Simple accommodation yet sure to please the modest traveller looking for a fantastic location, with plenty of secure space for fishing groups, family, pets & all the toys. The house is comfortably set up & has been freshly painted. It is a great central location, a few minutes drive to the boat ramp, Gravity Eden mountain bike track and many beaches. We hope you enjoy "The Backhouse" as much as our family has! Entering directly into a sitting room with TV & electric heater. Adjoining is the queen master bedroom. Down the hall is the second bedroom with triple bunk (double & single). At the end of the hall is the main bathroom with double shower & toilet. Continue through to dedicated dining space, adjoining is a spacious kitchen with all necessary amenities. Third bedroom includes two single bunk sets joining onto large formal lounge with modern recliners and gas heater. Sunroom off kitchen, fantastic for storing gear, opening to full size backyard with bay glimpses (secure 6 foot paling fence). Large bbq and outdoor shower. Please be aware that this is an older property so there is wear and tear and the carpet is worn, however we have made every effort to setup for a clean, tidy and comfortable stay. Our family has always thoroughly enjoyed our holidays here, we hope you do too! This property is also suitable for medium-long term stays, ideal for workers. Please contact us to discuss more. There is an extra deep freezer in the sun room, ideal for fishing enthusiasts or families wanting to store bulk food.
