Holiday with your friends and family at this oasis, nestled alongside a private tropical feel garden and multiple getaway places you will love to return to. This central town property is conveniently located just across the road from the beautiful waterways of Lakes Entrance and a stones throw from the Lakes Entrance beachfront and shopping precinct. Thoughtfully set up to provide you with a relaxed stay with multiple outdoor areas with a secure swimming pool, BBQ areas and fire pit. The main house provides 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, stove top, oven , dishwasher, kettle and a full sized refrigerator, and outdoor entertainment area with BBQ, WIFI, a wood fire heater and a secure swimming pool. The Cottage provides 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, stove top, oven, kettle and a full sized refrigerator and an outdoor entertainment area with a firepit. Please note, the Cottage does not have WIFI. A flat easy walk along the Esplanade to the cafes, RSL, Bowling and Sports Club, supermarkets, seasonal lifesaver patrolled beach, walking tracks, mini-golf and much more, the location is what makes The Beaches a perfect holiday location, where you are sure to find everything you need and more! Please note: The property is pet friendly to outdoor pets only. NO pets allowed inside the house or cottage.
