Enjoy a surfing, golfing holiday or visit vineyards and the hot springs. All Linen provided, free WIFI. This Luxe beachside home is a short 10 minute drive to award winning vineyards & the peninsula hot springs and a short two minute walk from the iconic Capel Sound front beach. Take the kids surfing, take your friends golfing at some of the amazing courses within a 10 minute drive from the house or relax on one of the amazing nearly beaches. Take a short drive to the beautiful Point Nepean national park and enjoying the amazing views. All linen and bath towels are provided. Sorry No Pets. Configuration: Downstairs we have three air conditioned bedrooms, large family bathroom, great living space with kitchenette and out door dining within a fully enclosed court yard. All bedrooms have Queen beds with mattress toppers and quality linen provided. Upstairs we have the Master bedroom with ensuite. Air conditioning to both master and the up stairs living space. There is also a powder room on this level. Large fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine and butlers pantry with large dining table for eight. Balcony with Webber BBQ Three TV's, one in each living space plus the master bedroom. Your booking is for the whole house with the exception of the garage. This is not accessible to guests. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price. No Schoolies/Hens or Bucks of any kind :)
