'The Boathouse' is pet friendly, with a fully fenced rear yard.
We are three friends who came for lunch, fell in love with the sleepy town of Clayton Bay and left with a contract on this beautiful cottage. Some things are just meant to be.
There's something very special about Clayton Bay and especially 'The Boathouse'. There is no option but to relax and fall into its comforting embrace.
'The Boathouse' immediately relaxes you and warms your soul. We hope you fall in love with it as quickly as we did.
