Directions from Yeppoon: Head north on the Yeppoon–Byfield Road. Follow signs to Byfield National Park. Continue past the Byfield township towards Nine Mile Beach / Stockyard Point. Enter the national park at the designated access point (4WD only). Drive along the beach (Nine Mile Beach) towards Stockyard Point — always check tide times before you set out. At Stockyard Point, follow the inland track up into the village at Stockyard Point. Tips for the Journey: Lower tyre pressure before entering soft sand (around 18–20 PSI is generally recommended depending on your tyre). Carry recovery gear and ensure your 4WD is in good working order. Avoid travelling after dark — wildlife and tide conditions can make it unsafe. Take all supplies with you, as shops and services are not available in the village. The nearest general shops and fuel are in Byfield township, roughly a 25 km drive from the property.
