This beautiful heritage listed boutique is the perfect location for your girls weekend away or family escape. Located on the corner of Raglan Parade and the main street, the shopping precinct is a very short walk away. A 5 minute drive will have you soaking in the sun at Lady Bay and the kids will be kept occupied at Lake Pertobe. Bookings are in high demand so plan your stay at this one-of-a-kind apartment in advance! This property has a PIN code lock door for access so check-in any time you like from 2pm unless otherwise specified. It is an upstairs apartment above a business so expect to climb a flight of stairs before finding exceptionally private rooms.
Surrounded by businesses it’s a very quiet neighbourhood after 8pm. It is right on Raglan Parade/Princes Highway so there can some traffic noise. Being the CBD of Warrnambool, there is plenty of public transport and more than enough parking and within walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and pubs. Lake Pertobe and the Main beachfront are also just a short walk away.
