This 3rd floor apartment offers great views over the pool and Currimundi Lake toward the ocean. This s family friendly apartment is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday. A resort pool for cooling off, a playground area just outside the complex, safe access to the beach, and a BBQ area all complement this lovely apartment. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and ensuite with a walk in shower and a toilet. The second bedroom has two single beds and a served by a separate bathroom containing a shower over the bath and a toilet. Please note this property does sleep 7 , there is a sofa bed in the lounge and a rollaway bed ( for child only) located in the second bedroom cupboard. The lounge/dining area has a couch and chair plus a smart TV. The dining table seats six. There are cafe, takeaways and eateries within walking distance, as well as supermarkets and shopping centres within quick drive. A children’s playground, BBQs, and picnic tables are out the front. Overlooking the lake’s entrance is a coffee shop and a cafe Linen is included for all bookings. Please note beds are not made due the linen hire company used unless stated.
