Pascoe Vale South is a vibrant suburb located 10km's north of the Melbourne CBD. Easy walking distance to public transport - both train and tram. Enjoy everything the area has to offer. Close to the fantastic array of cafes and restaurants in Brunswick, Sydney Rd and Essendon. Travelling o/s? The apartment is only 10 mins drive away. Fancy a spot of shopping? The city is a short drive away on the Citylink an easy commute on public transport. Essendon DFO is literally just up the road. Pascoe Vale train station is within easy walking distance, so too is the tram on Melville Road.
