The Perch is looked after by a small team who make sure your stay goes smoothly. We handle bookings, answer questions, and are just a message or call away if you need any help.
While we aren’t on-site, we’re happy to share local tips or assist with anything that comes up during your stay. Our aim is to make your time at The Perch relaxed, enjoyable, and hassle-free — so you can focus on exploring, unwinding, and soaking in the peaceful surroundings.
宿泊施設の情報
Welcome to The Perch — a unique slice of paradise that must surely be one of the most peaceful properties in Western Australia. Set on two acres among majestic native Marri and Jarrah trees, it offers sweeping views over pristine State forest as far as the eye can see. Each morning, wake to the sound of native birds and the sight of them flitting through the bush, with the Frankland River gently flowing past — visible from the balcony and just a two-minute walk from the house.
Guests have full access to the house, balcony, and the surrounding property. You’re welcome to use the inflatable paddle boards and kayaks to explore the river. Inside, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, books, DVDs, and board games. Starlink internet and a smart TV with streaming services are also included.
The home accommodates up to four adults and two children, with two double beds and two camping beds (linen not supplied for the camping beds).
Please note: the driveway is very steep, so a four-wheel drive is recommended. Small trailers can access it, but caravans, camper trailers, and boat trailers are not permitted for safety reasons.
