The two bedrooms on this level are both spacious, air-conditioned, and feature ensuite bathrooms. Downstairs, you’ll find the inground swimming pool, surrounded by lush gardens. A kitchenette with a fridge, toaster, kettle, and sink serves the pool area, perfect for preparing snacks and drinks. The downstairs living area features a lounge and a Tri-bunk bed, making it an ideal space for a kids retreat. A separate bedroom with a Queen bed is also located on this level. Guests on this level will share the bathroom, with an additional powder room located in the fully-equipped laundry. This property also boasts a lock-up garage, which can accommodate three vehicles. Please note, access to the lower level is via an internal staircase.
