The main bedroom boasts a solid oak king size bedroom-suite, private ensuite and walk in his and hers robe. The second and third room have queen beds with built-in robes, and the fourth has a double bed and storage cupboard. This home has a separate dining and living area, large kitchen with high end appliances and gas cooking equipment. The outside area has a 6-seat undercover dining table and grassed back yard with clothesline.
This lovely home is just a stone's throw away from St George’s Basin, The St George's Country Club, local playgrounds, skate park and shopping village. Walking distance to playground and skate park
