We love to be able to walk everywhere, that’s why we love this place so much. Sawtell is a great place to slow down for a while and enjoy the good things in life.

Property information

Enjoy easy access to Sawtell Beach and village from this perfectly located and wonderfully stylish villa. 200 meters walk to the Beach and Surf Club and even less to the village. Sawtell village is vibrant and alive with trendy cafes, scrumptious restaurants, pubs and clubs. Close to sporting complexes and venues or take a short drive the many tourist attractions such as the Big Banana or Porpoise Pool.

Neighbourhood information

Grab a coffee at the surf club just 200 meters away and enjoy the spectacular beach view. Everything you need is just down the road.
