The Ultimate coastal getaway for large families and friends. This sprawling family holiday residence is walking distance to Rye foreshore. Accommodating up to 18 guests, with 7 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a huge wrap around balcony, and a fully self-contained downstairs apartment. Ample space for kids to play, plus car and boat parking. ID required, strictly no parties. The upstairs kitchen and living incorporates an open plan family room and dining, with direct access to a huge balcony and wrap around verandas. Complete with split system AC, and the cosy comfort of a wood Coonara. The fully self-contained downstairs apartment includes a second kitchen and dining area, spacious living space and direct access to the outdoor patio and garden. Four spacious bedrooms on the top level accommodate 11 guests, together with a family bathroom plus 2 toilets. The downstairs apartment sleeps 7 guests in 3 bedrooms, plus a family bathroom and an additional shower/toilet accessed externally from the downstairs laundry. Loads of off-street parking for cars, boats, and jet skis. Guests are required to complete a booking form, and licence ID and credit card details are required 20% Deposit automatically taken to secure booking – Final balance due 30 days prior to guest arrival. No refund 30 days prior to original guest check in date – Partial refund eligible if booking is cancelled outside of 30 days from original guest arrival date. No Groups Under 25
