Welcome to The View, a hidden gem overlooking the picturesque Kingston Beach in Hobart. As soon as you step inside, you'll be captivated by the breathtaking views that greet you from every corner of the house. It's the perfect choice for families and couples seeking a group holiday in a stunning beachside suburb of Hobart.
Recently renovated with brand new carpet and stylish furniture, The View offers a truly special experience. Whether you're lounging in the sun-filled internal balcony, enjoying a movie in the large TV room, or gathered around the 12-seater dining table, every corner of this house exudes comfort and sophistication.
With five stunning bedrooms, including a king master ensuite with unparalleled views on the top floor and a queen room with a sofa bed also boasting great vistas, The View will leave you feeling like you're on top of the world. Additional rooms include a triple king single bunk bedroom, a cozy queen room overlooking the back deck area, and a ground floor king bedroom with an ensuite and partial sea views. Please note, the queen bedroom on the top floor is serviced by the bathroom on the next floor down.
Please note that The View is located up a steep drive with 35 steps (8 of which are external) spread across three levels. While this elevation may pose a challenge for some, it's this very feature that allows for the awe-inspiring views from almost every room. We kindly advise guests with mobility issues to take this into consideration.
A motion only security camera is out the front of the property and noise, smoking and occupancy monitors are in operation inside the property.

Kingston Beach is a great location for a stay. Supermarkets are plentiful and a stones throw away. For eating out and experiencing the beach, we recommend Kingston Beach itself where you will find Robbie Browns, Boho at the Beach and Ebb and Flow for coffee, Salty Dog Hotel/pub (live music Sundays), Panku Chan Japanese, the awesome Zero81 Napoli restaurant, ice cream, pizza and fish and chip shops, kayak/paddleboard hire and more.
Whilst the property is on a bus route into Hobart which runs week days early mornings and late afternoons, by far the easiest way to get around is by car. The beachfront is accessible by foot from the property but it should be noted some of the walkways are steep in nature so may be challenging for some.
