Adrian owns and manages two short stay properties in inner Melbourne. That means you’re booking your stay with an actual person, not a faceless property management company. Adrian is a food, wine and (especially) coffee fanatic who has lived in Melbourne all his life. He’d be happy to share his ideas and recommendations if required and looks forward to welcoming you.
It’s a terrifically handy central location close to the entertainment precincts of Crown, Docklands and Southbank and only 10 minutes walk from Flinders Street Station and the very centre of Melbourne. It’s also handy to the Convention Centre and a range of public transport options with which to explore the rest of the city. A well stocked supermarket and a great burger and pizza joint are right across the road and a huge range of food options are close at hand. Australia Square - Australia’s biggest supermarket - is right behind our building. Top class restaurants along the riverfront include Gradi, Nobu, Spice Temple and Bistro Guillaume.
