The property owners (living on-site) have a lovely chocolate labrador called Winston. He does not have access to the Studio but may come and say hello to you.

This 1 bedroom studio is only a 7 minute walk to the beach and is set on an acre of beautiful native bushland which it shares with a second residence. Both private residences have uninterrupted ocean views across Eagle Bay, and the Cape Naturaliste National Park – the ultimate escape for a romantic holiday. This property is perfect for a couples getaway. Fitted with quality furnishings, reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area (Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, and WIFI ) and a kitchen adequately equipped for 2 people. The separate bedroom has a queen bed with fresh linen and bath towels supplied. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, vanity and an under bench washing machine which is helpful for those staying a little longer (separate toilet). The large deck area includes an electric Weber BBQ, dining table and timber sunloungers. Please note: the studio is situated on a shared property with the owners' residence. Every effort is made to give guests as much privacy as possible; the owners are extremely respectful of guest privacy. The main house does not overlook the interior of the studio whatsoever, however the balcony is visible from the home. Access: Guests must climb approx. 20 external stairs to the studio Parking: Strictly one vehicle only. Height must not exceed 2.2m.
