We all live with our families in Margaret River and manage houses in Margaret River, Prevelly and Gracetown. We love living in Margaret River and wake up everyday feeling like we are "Living the dream Down South". We love our region and enjoy getting involved in all that our community has to offer - you will often find us visiting the local Farmers Market on Saturday mornings, drinking coffee at one of our favourite local Cafés (Egberts or White Elephant), joining a Walk Talk Taste Tour of our town's best restaurants & bars, visiting one of our many cellar doors to purchase some local wine or spending a whole day at the beach with the kids! We want our guests to be able to relax and enjoy all our great region has to offer and at Swell Stays we understand the importance of cleanliness and customer service, which in turn creates the perfect holiday experience for our guests. Town Scape is a brand new high end apartment just meters away from the main street. This comfortable apartment has everything you need including 3 reverse cycle air conditioners, ceiling fans, Smart TVs in both bedrooms and a large Smart TV in the living room. The perfect location right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle but the windows are double-glazed so the apartment itself is nice and quiet. Enjoy a local wine on the deck or watch your favourite movie after a big day exploring the region.

Margaret River is the perfect place for a break from the rat race. Base yourself within the CBD and you’ll have access to all the region has to offer. From award-winning wineries and restaurants to empty beaches, tall-timber forests, world-class surf breaks and ancient caves. Farmers markets on a Saturday morning, lunch at one of the many fine restaurants followed by a swim at a secluded beach. What more could you want? Located just metres back from the main street, you couldn't get a better location for a Margaret River getaway where you want to immerse yourself in the vibe of the Margaret River main street.
