Situated centrally in the buzz of Richmond, this architecturally designed home sleeps 8 (3 large king bedrooms plus bunk bedroom). Enjoy large open plan living/dining/kitchen with modern eclectic decor, city views, parking & more. The property offers two spacious king bedrooms and a downstairs bathroom / laundry. The huge upstairs master bedroom has its own balcony offering stunning city views, the second upstairs bedroom features a modern adult sized bunk with extra long mattresses. Enjoy our large open plan living dining including a modern entertainers kitchen. The lounge area spills onto a private decked courtyard garden which leads you to outside stairs to our a huge rooftop entertaining terrace complete with hanging egg chair and stunning city views. Tucked underneath the terrace sits the undercover lockup garage. Further features include freshly ironed linen, polished floorboards, high ceilings, air conditioning and hydronic heating complete this stunning home for you to enjoy during your stay in Melbourne. Live like a local in this fabulous location! Just a quick note for the overseas guest Ross is able speak some French & Spanish he also has a good knowledge of Mandarin and German. We started owning accommodation properties over 18 years ago we also have two accommodation properties in Halls Gap (The Grampians in regional Victoria) Heavenly Retreat & The Escarpment / Halls Gap. We have 2 gorgeous and boisterous girls who keep us on our toes. We figure if you live in a big city to live within the inner city makes sense as it easy to access all the things we love by walking or bike. Consequently we live a few blocks away from TWO FIVE ZERO, so if you need anything we are not far away. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have the best of both worlds living in one of the most vibrant and multicultural cities in Australia and occasionally getting to visit (not as often as we would like) our properties in native bushland in Halls Gap. We take pride in our properties and are passionate about Richmond and all it has to offer. We can't wait to welcome you to stay with us!
What I love about Richmond... where do I start.. the bars/pubs, cafes/restaurants, shopping, live music just around the corner, stones throw from the CBD, Richmond Saturday market, rich sense of community, riding bikes along the Yarra River...the list goes on.
